T.C. was born into a construction family specializing in housing developments and contracting. He and his family are long time residents of Snohomish County. T.C. began his entrepreneurial adventures in 1995 building and operating one of the top espresso drive-thru companies in the county with multiple locations. Beginning his real estate career back in 2001, T.C. dedicated himself to serving the wants and needs of all of his clients in the Snohomish County area. He sold his last espresso location in 2005 to fully focus on growing his successful real estate business.
